An extensive catering menu includes sides such as Stir-fry veggies, Hula fried rice, Sticky rice, Macaroni salad, Wonton chips and Mango salsa. Entrees include Hawaiian Chicken Plate, Kahlua Pork Hawaiian Plate, Mahi Mahi (1/2 fillet 5oz.), Ono (1/2 fillet 5oz., Ahi (1/2 fillet 5oz.), Teriyaki Chicken (full breast), Peanut Chicken (full breast), Steaks (9 oz. top sirloin), Ribs (half rack), Taco Bar Mahi, cabbage,pico de gallo and cilantro aioli. There are 20 to 25 servings per pan. BBQ and Luau available with Equipment rentals

Liquor beverages and non-alcoholic beverages include full bar, beer and wine with Specialty Cocktails such as the Rainbow.

Rainbow is the Signature Drink. It is made with four flavors that include:

Draft Beers are Budweiser, Bud Light, Coors Light, Sierra Nevada, Newcastle, Fosters, Heineken and Pyramid. Bottled Beers include Coors Miller, Bud, Corona, Becks, Pacifico, Sam Adams, Amstel Light, Steinlager, Rolling Rock, Hula Hops, Asahi, Fosters, Guinness and Sol.
