Octane Alley in
Huntington Beach is an entertainment venue in the Orange
County - Southern California region. Attracting
top comedians such as Bob
Perkell,
musicians and up and coming
performers, the club bills itself as unpretentious. Indeed,
you can wear your jeans, you can come after work and you
will be right at home. What you'll find at this night club
venue and its several rooms serving live music, comedy and
karaoke, is that karaoke attracts an extremely talented
crowd.
Performers who once had record deals and fame like to sing
karaoke at Martini Blues Supper Club to hone their skills.
Up and coming artists compete to test their talent and see
if they have what it takes to "make it". The weekly karaoke
contests or open mic provide opportunities to sing it. There
are also regional contests at the club where finalists move
onto larger venues such as Knotts Berry Farm.
Martini Blues Supper Club is located in an unassuming Marina
Shopping Center across from Marina High School. There's
ample parking with no parking fees charged and easy access
to San Diego Freeway (405). Take the Springdale exit and
head south to Edinger intersection. After you pass the
stoplight at Edinger, turn right into the shopping mall and
head toward the back corner of the mall.
Martini Supper Club is open daily, serving dinner and
cocktails. Shows require a minimum $10 purchase of either
food or drink Special family events for the under 21
audience and "Clean Comedy" acts are featured sometimes.
