Not only is the
Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa Resort & Spa
filled with lovely waterfall fountains, it also
contains some colorful flower gardens
overlooking the Pacific Ocean and beaches
(Huntington City Beach) in Huntington Beach
California.
Guests to the
luxury resort can often be seen bent over a
flower bed taking a photo of the colorful
flowers in bloom. Pictured above are the orange,
yellow and white hues of Ranunculus.
Colors: White, yellow, orange, red and pink.
Often with contrasting flower centers. Single
and double blossoms on slender delicate stems,
10 to 20 inches long. Botanical Facts: The
name is from the Latin word rana for frog. A
reference to the fact that many wild species
were found in wet areas.
The flower gardens
at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa Resort and
Spa are located in a courtyard near Pete
Mallory's Sunset Grille, the hotel shops,
ballroom and conference and facilities.
