Warner Dale Square is located on Springdale and Warner Avenue. It includes Bill's Camera, The Arbors restaurant, The Cake Box, an indoor Gym, Flower Shoppe florist, Walgreen's an embroidery company, dry cleaners, women's boutique, 7-11 and more.

One of dozens of "strip" malls throughout Huntington Beach, Warner Dale Square has been in the city for several decades. It's popular location makes it a great place to shop and do business but there has been active turnover in some of the businesses there. At one time the corner was discussed as a great location for In N Out Burger. The idea was nixed, but an In N Out did come to Huntington Beach afterward. It is located on Beach Boulevard near Talbert Avenue, near Walmart.
