Huntington Beach, Calif.--As one of the first
major anchors to downtown Huntington
Beach shopping and dining, Pierside Pavilion
was built. It sits on the corner of Pacific
Coast Highway and Main Street overlooking the
Huntington Beach Pier.
The anchor to the building is Huntington
Surf & Sport, and Java Point cafe. The HSS
store is the largest single retailer in the
building, and also uses office space in the
upper floors. Floor 1 & 2 are shopping and
dining, while three and four are strictly
office space at this point.
Included in the first level shops are the HSS
store and Diane's (swim wear), Blaq Ink and
Havaianas. Dining includes Black Bull Chop
House, Gallaghers, an Ice Cream Sandwich
shop, Pacific Hot Dogs, Subway; and 2nd
floor dining is Fred's Mexican Cafe, and
Spark Woodfire Cooking.
The building include subterranean
parking--be sure to ask merchants about
validation. Some validate and some don't.
Below is a map of Pierside Pavilion with a
red star to indicate the building location.
The parking is actually within the building
and is not separated. Notice there is other
public parking nearby, as well, including a
city garage across the street at Pier
Promenade. The parking at the beach near
Huntington Beach Pier is city beach parking.
